Start using your dashboard

The WordPress dashboard is designed to control all aspects of registration system. Below you will find a general description of each part of your dashboard that you will need to use regularly.

First, a warning about the sections that will not be discussed. We highly recommend that you do not make changes to any part of the system without knowing what you are doing. If you have a question please do not proceed.

Now let’s get started.

  • The Post area is not being used in your system but can be used to create a blog area if you wish.
  • The Media area as shown below contains your pdfs like the athlete’s release form etc. It also contains all the images for the website like your logo and the image at the top of this page.
  • The Forms area is discussed in detail in this article.
  • Knowledge Base is where these articles are created. You can add to the articles as you see fit.
  • User Login History does exactly what it says. It displays the users that have logged in and what areas they were in.
  • Users: This area encompasses the database of all users.

*The other areas in the left navigation should not be used. These are development sections and entering them might break your site if you aren’t careful.
